At AlgoIM, we align our incentives with our clients' success. Our "Performance Assurance" is defined as follows:

• Target Metric: A minimum net return of 1.0% per calendar month.
• Evaluation Period: Performance is evaluated on a quarterly basis (every 3 calendar months).
• Fee Waiver Mechanism: If the AlgoIM system fails to achieve a cumulative positive net return over the Evaluation Period, all management fees for the subsequent quarter are waived.
• Exclusions: This assurance applies only to management fees. It does not cover third-party brokerage commissions, exchange fees, or potential trading losses.
• No Capital Guarantee: This policy is NOT a guarantee of principal protection. Trading involves risk, and it is possible to lose money.

CFTC RULE 4.41 - HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
